To start a return, contact us at customerservice@golfteamproducts.com or call (888) 254-8624 with your order number. If approved, we’ll issue an RMA number and email return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All sales of customized items are final. No returns will be accepted unless the items are determined to be defective by one of our return specialists.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any clearance/sale items.
